Revival of underperforming & under utilization assets bill is accordance with the constitution – SC

Supreme Court has stated that the bill to revive underperforming enterprises and underutilized assets is subject to the correction of defects and is accordance with the constitution. This was informed to the parliament by the Deputy Speaker Chandima Weerakkody a short while ago.
