Sarath Fonseka was found guilty in the ‘White Flag’ case.

Sarath Fonseka was found guilty and sentenced to 3 years in prison and a five thousand rupees fine was imposed after the verdict of the case regarding the ‘White Flag’ case was given today by the Colombo High Court.

The three member bench of Judges consisting Deepali Wijesundera, W.T.M.P.B. Warawewa and M.Z. Razeen has declared this verdict-JNW
