Ewunetie was last spotted near Scully Hall, a college dormitory building, on Friday, October 14 at around 3 a.m. Her family requested a wellness check from the school’s department of public safety on Sunday after not hearing from her for several days.

On Monday, the agency sent out a missing person warning and enhanced the police presence at the school. As the hunt went on, drones and helicopters had also been circling the area.

Vice President W. Rochelle Calhoun of Princeton commented, “Misrach’s death is an unfathomable sorrow.” Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, and all those who knew and loved her.
