According to a French government official, the 24-year-old woman who is accused of the horrible rape and murder of a 12-year-old child whose body was discovered in a plastic box in Paris last week has been there illegally for several years.

Following news that the 24-year-old suspect was an unauthorized Algerian immigrant, President Emmanuel Macron’s immigration policy have come under heavy political scrutiny in the wake of the girl’s murder, who has only been named Lola Daviet.

The leader of the extreme right National Rally party, Marine Le Pen, demanded that Macron’s administration end “uncontrolled immigration” during a tense National Assembly debate on Tuesday. She said, “The suspect in this terrible act should not have been in our country.”

Olivier Veran, a spokesman for the French government, told reporters on Wednesday that the suspect had been there illegally for three years.
The primary suspect in the Paris Suitcase Murder is a 24-year-old woman with “psychiatric disorders.”

Veran said that upon the 24-year-arrival old’s at the Orly airport in Paris in August, officials discovered a problem with her immigration status and gave her the order to leave French territory before allowing her entry.

Faced with the horror and the agony, the spokesman stated, “We are genuinely shaken.”

Hours after her parents had reported her missing after she failed to come home from school, Lola was discovered dead on Friday night in Paris, just a few blocks from the apartment complex where she resided.

According to Paris prosecutors, an autopsy revealed that the youngster died of “cardio-respiratory failure with evidence of hypoxia and cervical compression.” Her face, back, and neck were also wounded, and the coroner’s report noted injuries that were consistent with a sexual assault.

The girl’s father, who serves as the building’s concierge, followed the girl’s path using security camera footage. The father reportedly informed police that a camera showed his daughter entering the building with an unidentified woman. The woman then reappeared alone in a hallway carrying what seemed to be a large suitcase, according to the prosecution.

The 24-year-old lady was taken into custody on Saturday in a northeastern capital suburb. According to the Paris state prosecutor, she is still being held on suspicion of murder and rape of a juvenile, torture, barbaric crimes, and hiding a body.

According to a statement from the prosecution, a 43-year-old man is also in arrest and is accused of aiding in the concealment of the girl’s body.
